What days and times are you open?

Monday- Friday 10AM - 8PM

Saturday 10AM - 6PM

Sunday 10AM - 5PM

What safety measures are you implementing for health?

We provide complimentary facial coverings for guests; hand sanitizer is readily available all throughout the spa for your use. Our techninicans sanitize all working stations and tools after each client. Our manicure and pedicure tools are hospital grade sanitized after each use to ensure the health and safety of each client.

Do I have to wear a mask?

Masks are not required by New York State guidelines. We want to ensure the health and safety of all our clients and staff. If you prefer to wear a mask during your service, please feel free to do so. Technicans will also wear masks upon client request.

Can I bring my own polish?

Outside polish is not preferred. If you desire to use your own polish we can not guarantee the longevity of your desired service, as these are not brands we are exclusive too.

What is 7 free? 

Gilded Ritual uses only nail polishes that are 7-free (or higher). This means that the polishes are free of the 7 most toxic ingredients commonly found in nail polish. 

How do I book a private room?

Please select your private room accommodations while booking online or call us to book your appointment.

May I eat or bring food to the nail bar?

Gilded Ritual does not allow outside food. Clients may bring their own beverages.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for 24 hours notice.  

We charge a 100% fee for a late cancel (i.e. appointment canceled within 24 hours of service time)

What forms of payment can I use?

Gilded Ritual is a cashless establishment. We currently only accept debit cards, major credit cards and Gilded Ritual issued gift cards. Gilded Ritual does not accept  Apple Pay.

Can I tip with cash?

Gilded Ritual does not provide change as we are a cashless business. Gratuity is appreciated in cash, on a credit or debit card and Venmo.
